How do I use it? +

Add 1 tbsp to 1 cup of boiling water, or drop it straight into your bowl, soup, or noodles. Let the vegetables bloom for 3 to 5 minutes until soft. That's it. No pan, no chopping, no prep.

Is it only for ramen? +

Not at all. It started as the perfect ramen upgrade, but it works on almost anything hot. Mighty Ramen, soups and broths, rice and grain bowls, eggs and omelettes, stir-fries. If it's hot and could use real vegetables, this works.

How many servings are in a bag? +

A 400g bag is roughly 40 servings at about a tablespoon each. That works out to under 75 cents a bowl, so one bag upgrades a whole lot of meals.

What's actually in it? +

Seven real, slow-dried ingredients and nothing else: cabbage, carrot, champignon mushroom, corn, chive, tofu skin, and tofu. No artificial filler, no fake flavour, nothing you can't pronounce.

Is it vegan? +

Yes. It's 100% plant-based, just like our ramen. Real vegetables and tofu, nothing animal-derived.

How do I store it? +

No fridge needed. Because the vegetables are slow-dried, the bag keeps for a long time. Just reseal it and keep it in a cool, dry cupboard between bowls.
